The Department of Finance (sometimes searched for as the Ministry of Finance) and the bodies around it. Each page separates the cost of running a department from the national finances it helps manage.
Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation
Sets the rules for public spending and leads public-service reform, infrastructure delivery and procurement policy.
The Department manages the annual Estimates process and publishes the Databank of voted expenditure. It supplies the voted-expenditure figures in the Fiscal Monitor, and the Office of Government Procurement operates within it.
Independent institutions, such as the Comptroller and Auditor General and the Fiscal Council, keep their independence: showing a relationship here does not mean one body directs another.
