Campus Ambassadors · Munster first
Be DáilDex on your campus.
We are looking for student Campus Ambassadors at MTU, TUS, SETU, UCC and UL. You show your campus how to follow what their TDs do, you tell us what confuses people, and you are paid for every student who takes the Dex Pro student deal through your link. We are starting in Munster and opening more colleges soon.
Starting in Munster
Three technological universities and two universities. Our first ambassadors are already starting at SETU in Waterford, where DáilDex is built. We are keeping the group small so we can support everyone properly, then opening more colleges as soon as we are ready. Pick yours to apply.

What a Campus Ambassador does
- Share DáilDex where students already areClass WhatsApp groups, society chats, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, a quick word at the start of a lecture (ask the lecturer first). Always with your own tracking link. We send you ready-made posts, graphics and captions.
- Run one 10-minute “Follow your TD” session a termAt a society meeting, a tutorial, a debate night or a study group. Everyone scans a QR code, finds their TD and follows them on their own phone. We train you on it first and give you the script.
- Help run one bigger event a termA Budget night watch party, a debate night or a drop-in. We help you plan it and the pizza is covered.
- Tell us what confuses peopleA few lines after every session and once a month: what people asked, where they got stuck, what they did not believe. It is how DáilDex gets better.
- Post the weekly TD factWe send you one sourced fact a week from the official record. Post it as written, with the source line.
About two hours a month, with flexible hours. Pause around exams whenever you need to, no questions asked.
What you get
Cash for every student who takes the student deal
- €3 for each of the three student-deal months a student pays, plus a €9 bonus when they pay month four at full price. Up to €18 per student, with no cap: ten students who stay to month four is €180.
- Sign-ups are traced back to your link automatically. Money you have earned stays yours after you leave, and students who signed up through you keep earning you their remaining months.
- Paid once a term by bank transfer to an account in your name, with a short statement. It is income, and you handle your own income tax.

The rulebook
The rules that keep it trusted
DáilDex only works if everyone can trust it, whatever their politics. Six rules, one big idea: point to the record.
- AlwaysStay non-partisanDáilDex never takes sides, and neither do you while you are an ambassador.
- AlwaysPoint to the recordIf someone asks about a TD or party, show them how they voted, with the source. Never your opinion.
- AlwaysSay you are an ambassadorSay it in every post about DáilDex. You are rewarded, so people have a right to know.
- NeverNever sign anyone upNo sign-up sheets and no typing emails into someone else's phone. People sign themselves up, on their own device.
- NeverNever lend the name to a partyNo DáilDex name or logo on any party, candidate or campaign.
- NeverLeave press and numbers to usDo not speak to the press as DáilDex, and do not invent numbers. Use the facts we send, with their sources.
Someone after your session
- Is my TD any good?
- That's not my call and it's not DáilDex's. Here's their record. Have a look and decide yourself.
- DáilDex is biased against my party.
- Every alert links to the official record, so you can check it. If you think something's wrong, email political-support@daildex.com and they'll look at it.
- So who are you voting for?
- Not talking about that today. I'm here for DáilDex, and DáilDex doesn't take sides.
Breaking the rules ends the role. Any money you have already earned is still paid.
Who we are looking for
Any year, any course, undergraduate or postgraduate, 18 or over. Politics, law, public policy, history, journalism and education students are a natural fit, and future teachers will meet Politics and Society and CSPE in their own classrooms. So are the people from business, science and engineering who are the one in their group that follows what is happening.
Law, debating and journalism society members, party society members and people in no society at all are all welcome. You do not need a title. You need to be able to explain something clearly and do what you say you will.
How to apply
- Email RepathSend a short email to ray@daildex.com. The button on this page opens one with the questions already in it.
- Have a chatA short video call so we can both see if it is a good fit. We read every email and reply personally.
- Get set upSign a short ambassador agreement, get your training and your own link, and start with one session in the first weeks. The first term is a pilot that runs to the end of semester.
Email Repath
ray@daildex.com. Say who you are, your college, course and year, why you would like to do it and anything you have organised or run. No CV needed.

No. You are an independent ambassador, not an employee, and you cannot sign anything or speak for DáilDex. The money is income and you handle your own income tax. Revenue explains how to declare side income through myAccount. You need to be 18 or over.
No. Politics, law, public policy, history, journalism and education students are a natural fit, but so are business, science and engineering students who are the person in their group who follows what is happening. What matters is that you can explain something clearly and do what you say you will.
Yes. Law, debating, journalism and party society members are all welcome, and so are people in no society at all. Your politics are your own, but while you are acting as a DáilDex Campus Ambassador you leave party opinions at the door and point to the record. DáilDex never takes sides, and neither do you.
About two hours a month, and you fit it around your life. Tell us if you need to pause around exams and take the time off, no questions asked. The first term is a pilot that runs to the end of semester, and at the end we both decide if you want to keep going.
Email us anyway and tell us which college you are at. We are starting in Munster so we can support each ambassador properly, and we keep a list of every other college. You will hear from us first when we open it.
Just an email to ray@daildex.com. Say who you are, your college, course and year, why you would like to do it, and anything you have organised or run. No CV and no cover letter. Repath, who founded DáilDex, reads every one.
DáilDex is independent. The Campus Ambassador programme is run by DáilDex and is not run or endorsed by any of the colleges named on this page.
